The Canadian Business Network of Washington D.C. is a business network for Canadians working in the metropolitan area.
Our Mission:
Facilitate, promote and support commercial interests for Canadians and Canadian companies in the Washington area.
The organization was created with the goal of facilitating business contacts among our members. Our events bring together Canadian business professionals seeking to build networks, explore business opportunities and exchange business development/management ideas.
In addition, the Canadian Business Network serves as a resource to those Canadian companies considering relocating to Washington D.C. or those who are new to the area. Our members have served with numerous Canadian companies in the region including Molson Breweries, Newbridge Networks, Teleglobe, and Nortel Networks. Others have backgrounds in government, finance, law and consulting. All continue to maintain close ties to Canada and Canadian business.
